March 2024, Austin. Come be part of a public performance hidden in plain sight. Regular people doing regular things and then suddenly, magically synchronous. Like an eclipse.

Thank you for your interest in being part of Eclipsing. Our project is underway, and we would love for you to participate. Here’s all the scoop. 

WHEN: Now. Running until at least March 12. The instructions may last up to about an hour, but you can stay for as long (or short!) as you want. Any amount of time is a huge help to us in creating this synchronicity.

WHAT: Eclipsing is a narrative soundwalk for audiences in headphones who are guided through public space. You will be magical synchronous coincidences they see along the way, for instance they might hear ‘yesterday someone here waved to me’ and at that moment, you will receive abn audio cue to wave. You won’t have to guess what to do, there will be clear instructions in the headphones. 

HOW:  Please bring headphones, come to the Hike and Bike trail at the specific times below, click the link and receive instructions to participate. You’ll just need your phone (with internet access) and headphones. Click the link for the time you chose and you’ll hear instructions to head to parts of the walk to coincide with the audience.
